Remote for 95 sc400, anyone gotten a hyqwdt -c to work?

Hey folks, I picked up a 3 button remote, FCC ID hyqwdt-c, and am not able to get it to be recognized. I have successfully reprogrammed my key (hyqwdt b), but not the non-key remote. Has anyone with an sc400 (95) been able to do so?

BTW, it was sold as fitting 95-97

My 95 only has the one button key-mote deal. I don't know it you are able to update to a three button remote or not.

Dead battery? It should work unless its got a different program sequence..?
