Rear passenger side scratching Noise!

I have a 2000 SC300
When driving I can hear noise coiming from my rear passenger side of my car, at first I thought it was my brakes, so I replaced my rotors and pads. While changing the rotors on the rear, I learned that one of the slider bolts on the brake caliper bracket for each side of the rear was frozen, so I replaced both caliper brackets on the rear of the car as well. I thought that my problem was going to be fixed for sure, but no dice, still the same noise.
Its not a consistent scratching noise, it sounds like something is scratching only in one spot because the faster I drive the faster the noise is, kind of like a needle on a record player. It makes more of a grinding/scratching noise when I turn to the left which puts more of a load on that side.
Any Ideas??

jack your car up so the wheel makeing noise if off the ground. Then put your hands and 12 and 6'o clock and try to rock the wheel. If it moves the bearing is bad. You can also tell if by making a turn it gets louder or quieter. I.e. if its the rear left then making right turn would put weight on the rear left so it would get louder. If you make a left the weight switches to the right wheels and the left rear will seem a little quieter.
its not hard, buy a bearing of ebay for 40 bucks, then go to lexus parts now and buy the associated "oil" seals and snap ring, optional dust shield too. Once you get the parts in take of the hub, have a machine shop press out old and press in new. Put hub assy together and install hub
The wheel bearing is uber important since it supports the weight of the car!
