Default Looking at replacing body parts on my SC...questions

I found an SC at a junk yard, not sure of the year yet, I only saw it in passing. I'm thinking about seeing how much I can get the following parts for:

Both rear view mirrors
Front Bumper
Front Drivers side wheel well cover
Trim above passenger door
Passenger door panel

The vehicle is actually in Mexico, so I think I can get the parts really cheap. Also, I'm thinking about painting the car if I decide to replace the mirors and bumper the original OEM color.

What years front bumper is the same as 1992? I know there is a 97+ swap, but does that mean the 92-96 SC300 and SC400 front bumpers are the same?

The 92-94 bumper covers are the same, but any year will fit as the front fenders and hood never changed. You will need the cornering/fog lights for whatever generation cover you get, 92-94, 95-96, or 97-00.

cool deal, I'll make sure I get the lights with whatever bumper. One of the ones on my bumper is cracked, one is good, but I'll make sure I get 2 that match.

So any year, 92-2000 front bumper cover will fit? The headlights nor hood ever changed?

Nope, the only thing that changed was the front and rear bumper covers and the styling of the taillights, but even their shape and wiring stayed the same. If you get a 95+ front end you will need to do some wiring to get the fog lights to work correctly but its fairly easy.

Sounds like a good deal. So you have a car here and your going to pull parts off that car, or are you thinking of piucking the whole thing up. An SC in a junkyard would appear to a rare item, so jump on it dude. I need saome headlights

Yup, I have a 92 SC4, so I'm going to go check it out and make sure its a junkyard car. My wife says it might be someone's, but it is always parked at a funny angle, near the front, and reverse.

We'll see, hopefully my wife is wrong.
