california republic pretty much has 2 laws for lowering. lowest part of the body can't be lower than the lowest part of your wheels. the other one is the 22" minimum height requirement for the headlight. but afaik, there's no law against kissing the sky in a bro-truck. kinda like how there's a minimum driving age but no max driving age.

A good body shop would make that look brand new...up to you though...I hope you got a police report for insurance sake. He may of admitted it to you but youd be surprised how people can lie to insurance.

That sucks man, I was recently in a wreck as well and this could have happened if i would have punched the throttle.
