Default Headllights fog up

Every time it rains or I wash my car both of my headlights take in some water and eventually fog up. This is a real shame because the SC400 lights are so cool when you can see them. I was wondering if anyone has taken theirs apart and resealed them. I know they dont make a gasket for them. Could someone please tell me how to do this and how hard it is. Also I was thinking of painting the housings black what do you think? I saw it on the MSEmerald site.

Use any silicone sealant, locate the crack in the housing, the breach in the adhesive seal, or both and fill it in with silicone. Good as new, now clean off all those water spots inside.
