Default Tightening the shifter

any way to tighten the shift lever to keep it from wobbling? Can this be done from underneath the car? Its an auto. I did find the thread
on tightening the shift linkage from underneath the car.

There's two screws on the shift lever, just remove the cover from the shift lever, and take the plastic piece off the shifter, there will be two screws, thats about the only thing I know to tighten it.

hes talking about the whole linkage wobbling.

^exactly, i'm having that same problem. i looked down there and cant figure out how to tighten it.

hope someone *chimes in* with an answer to that..
