Don't do it. Used BMWs with that many miles on them are way more trouble than they're worth, even if they have been properly maintained. Someone I know, in October, bought a used M3. Granted, it's older than that one, but it was in "like new" condition, and within the first month, it needed a new $1000 CV assembly, and the e-brake wouldn't disengage when he used it. Just recently, he took it to Vegas, and coming back, he broke down because he said the engine was "completely shot".
If you do buy a used BMW, the love of god, get a warranty - a GOOD warranty.

Explain to me how its not...its an m5, have you driven or even seen one in person. If you have I think your output would be a lil different.
Age should never matter, as long as it is a well cared for quality car. Most of us on here have 94-97's with over 100k.
I guess with your thinking a nice 60's GTO with over 100k is a *****box
Most new cars have a crappy build quality now. Everything is plastic and made in china. Just because its new doesn't mean its good.

Age and mileage does matter on a BMW. Don't think so? Read https://www.clublexus.com/forums/car...ot-friend.html
I would never, ever, EVER buy a used BMW without an AMAZING warranty and every single thing well documented in receipts.

Older BMWs are not "baller". In fact, no car is "baller". Stop saying that, and get off my lawn.

I'd go with the IS250. I think it looks great and I remember the Top-Gear guys saying the SC430 was fairly crappy for a Lexus. Although if you're sailing around in these waters and have the money, I'd personally get the new Genesis Coupe. Motorweek was raving about the newest model that came out.
