i've been debating big time on this.. and cannot make up my mind.. i've been wanting the sc430 for a long time.. but i recently thought about the is250awd since it would be better for the snow.. and im guessing the gas mileage is a little bit better..

what do you guys think? .. the is250awd or the sc430?

well i would say get the ls430 but if you want my opinion on the two youve spoken about the swc430 forsure-----its much faster and it is on a higher scale forsure.

Ugh, what's wrong with a 2000 SC400? Lol. That's what i would want. But i say a GS. Best of all the worlds IMO, and look the best IMO as well. =P

I have an IS250AWD...it's severely underpower but if you just looking for a DD/cruiser it's excellent. Handles real well in snow also.

i honestly wouldn't sell my SC for either of those cars. Unless you are looking for something 4dr and more practical

Between the 2 i would get the Sc430

Tough decision but I'd choose the SC430 only because I'm a two door person. But, if I had to choose any 4 door Lexus, I'd seriously choose a 2005+ LS430. They are beyond nice inside if you want a big body car.

IMO the ls430 is the car for any lexus enthusiast to get.

its just the epidemy of luxury, first class all the way.

It actually hurts me to see what they are doing to them though if u visit the ls430 forum---theyre lowering them on airbags-----body kits----just butchering them.

ive got an sc400 94 i got my girl a 90 ls400 . it rides like a dream cruises so nice , and just floats.. i thought i wouldnt like it but whenever we go anywhere far im always trying to take hers... it grows on me more every day especially for what we paid for it..

i love the way the is250awd looks... sc430 is so ugly to me.. but this is coming from a person that wishes they had a 4 door car.

my next buy is a yellow is300 whenever i get employed again.

I think the big difference is if you want a convertible thats 2 seater OR if you want a 5 seater where you can carry your friends.

I test drove one the other day...Holly **** is that thing weak!!!!! SOOOOOOO underpowered. I think I drove it 1 mile and brought it back.

Nothing wrong with a is350 with a 6-spd.
