Default bogging badly at low rpm after tune up

1992 sc300 141k miles

Ran ok before new plugs/wires, cap/rotor, and drive belt.
After the tune up I feel a lot of restored power. All the old components were completely done. As far as I know this was the first tune up the car ever had.

The car began to bog down very badly at low rpm and low throttle. When you get on the pedal or drive WOT it runs very smoothly.

I've checked for pinched plug wires, any disconnected electronics, intake hose irregularities, battery and terminals.

I read to gap plugs at 1.1mm is this accurate?
When removing the serpentine belt I felt the bolt on the tensioner pully tighten...could this over tightened pully be holding my belt back at low rpms?
Maybe computer is tuned to the highly corroded original parts still?

The entire car including all electronics has shut off for a sec while driving because of a bog.

Thanks for the help this feels like crap lol. The power is there except for the low rpm bog. It also doesn't bog at parking lot speed.

make sure the plugs are tight
also check your firing order at the cap
pull each wire to see spark... new wires are some times funny also may not seat
make sure the cap is not cracked and check that the teats are not damaged by the rotor
drive belt should be n?a

I'm gonna try cleaning all the earth connections first bcuz its the easiest. Then ill go on to redo the tune up.

P.s. I also ride bmx. I just ripped out my backseats bcuz id rather haul my bike than people =)

Lol nice. I'll hafta post a pic of my Mutiny/Odyssey bike when I get on a computer I use my phone mostly

Update on the bogging: I cleaned up a few earth points in my car including terminals, the problem is marginally better but far from gone. I'm convinced this is an electrical problem. Planning on checking all plugs over again when the san diego weather clears

Another update: checked plugs and wires... re gapped everything. Tightened up a few vacuum lines that may have been leaking.

I'm thinking the ecu which was going bad before the tune up can't readjust to the new setup.

Thanks for any input

So far I've checked grounds on chassis, head, and terminals. I've checked for intake leaks, vacuum leaks, or disconnected electronics. Checked and reinstalled all plugs and wires.

What are symptoms of off timing? Is it possible I could have messed it up during distributor/drive belt change?

Get a vacuum reading and we can go from there.
