My Tach and Speedo needles are fine, but my temp and fuel gauge needles are shot. Do I need to replace the entire assembly?? I thought I read somewhere that they are a separate connection or something.......

If the needles are dead, you need to replace. The needles are the one piece that cannot be replaced. Sorry.
