Default HID's ...New battery?

So I ordered some HID's for my Low beams and my fogs. The battery that came with the car when I bought it is a 550cca battery. I have herd on here that SC's need around a 650 660 cca battery. So with installing these new Hid's, and needing more juice to support them should I upgrade the battery aswell?

Your current battery will support them. You might notice higher revs on a cold start up when you turn on your lights. I always leave my HID's off when I'm warming up the SC.

my oem battery (550cca) was tested and it scored 675cca. have yours tested if youre worried about it. it should be fine though. be sure to use a relay harness to decrease the load on the factory wiring.

HID's dont drain anymore power than regular halogen bulbs. Its still connected to a 12v harness, and the ballasts are only using 35w as compared to a regular 55w halogen bulb.
