Default marlin crawler parts for late model soarer trans

so i recently bought a soarer r154 trans with remote shifter (i guess this classifies it as a late model). anyway, i need to rebuild it due to shipping problems and me having to replace the input shaft. while its out i wanted to rebuild it with new gears, bearings, forks and washers.

i saw on suprastore they have a full kit, but i heard somewhere that not all the parts will fit late model soarers.

question is should i just order the bearing retainer, fork and washer but not get the gears or bearings *or source them else where.

if someone could point me in the right direction, itd be appreciated. i want to spend up 6-700 on rebuild parts.

thanks!

I would take it apart first and inspect the insides condition if you want to save some$. I doubt the gears are ruined or anything like that. I would just order all the Marlin upgrade parts from Driftmotion such as thrust washers and stronger shift forks etc.

turns out i cant get the kit from suprastore because the late model soarer doesnt have the same bearings or something as the mk3 does.

only the bearing retainer, fork and thrust washer fit
