akapaco: the 2nd gen supras are not really my style i saw the interior of it and just i wish i could two cars but right now its not ideal.
Before you pull the trigger do some research on the stI, alot of engine issues i work with these cars all day everyday...Valve cover gaskets, cat converter, short block, cylinder heads with bend valves, headgaskets, brake pad and rotors are expensive as crap lol , if you go out of warranty it's not cheap to maintain them same goes with the BMW M3.
Brakes pad STI $341.94
Brake rotor STI $486.47each
I would spend the money on the SC, i am not sure if you will be getting an Auto loan but car payement SUcKS..
GL on whatever you decide to do.

Where does a 19 year old get all this money?!!?

I'd probably go with the STI, but the M3 is a close second. 120k miles is high but it could be worse. You can get up to 130mph pretty quickly in one of thems, heh heh. Although I think quickGS300 brings up a good point about the maintenance costs.

When you say about $500 for a rotor do you just mean one? Aren't our rotors like 50 a piece?

Of course i'll be doing more research on the STi, possibly one of my favorite things to do is research..

I would spend more on the SC but it doesn't hold its value as much as the STi.

For a second i was super confused on how you knew how old i was. But i remember it says in my profile

Hmm well some of my money come from fiancial aid, and i flip a lot of stuff so that keeps the money flowing. I believe i have better spending control than most people. Buy what i need, not only what i want.

Well buying anything OEM will be retardedly expensive. Thats why we buy aftermarket stuff such as R1rotors for our LS400 bbk

STI if you are really set on a older model car. Only EVO i like is the X. M3 is asking for problems down the line if you really want to save money.

I'm in the same situation right now with my SC. I think it's one of the best looking cars out there when done right, but the performance doesn't match the looks lol.

I'm actually looking at getting a 02-03 Maxima. They have the 3.5 v6, and are lighter and cheaper than the g35's. 0-60 in 6 sec, and still gets low 20 mpg around town, not too bad.

Down the road I wouldn't mind picking up a turbo SC project, but that wouldn't be for a while.
