Default OBDII Code P1120 - TPS?

Well, after replacing my spark plugs, i started the car, and got this trouble code. I checked up online, and it says it's the TPS. BUT, that's for makes other than Lexus apparently. And for Lexus, it's some Accelerator Pedal Circuit Malfunction...... So, how do i remedy this? And what exactly can an altered TPS affect?

Carlo

^^Carlo, it probably has to do with the trouble you were having with the throttle linkage in your other thread.
