oh yah, oops

Bomex body kit - 5/5 the stares from every honda make it all worth it. how often do you see a kitted lexus, besides here on the board. in my town, im the only one with a body kit on lexus.

Injen Short Ram Intake - 4.5/5 as of now im happy with it, it wasnt a huge HP gain, or any for that matter i can tell. but i just installed it a few days ago and i like how it looks and sounds. worth it i think.

Custom Apex Dunk Exhaust - 4/5 its not the whole cat-back just yet, i was kinda pressed for cash when i was installing it. but it looks killer with the body kit. i would not recommened an exhaust with huge tips and cans unless you have a body kit to cover some of it.

Apex S-AFC - 3.5/5 well its not tuned just yet, as i have been pressed for cash like i said, but its working, and i cant figure out how to see everything, but it looks promising, but its only a 3 for now cause its not tuned.

TRD 5-speed Shift **** - 4/5 i would of like to get the stock one back but it was 300 from the dealer, so FK that ill just get a nice leather TRD one for 50$. It looks nice there is a small gap where the bottom of the **** meets the boot, but its unnoticeable.

Crossdrilled/Slotted Rotors - 3/5 for the money i spent i would of rather got the rest of my exhaust or the AFC tuned. They looked awesome, but now, a few months later they are rusting in the center.

i hope i didnt forget anything

Kevin

So how involved was the wiring, specifically? Did you end up needing any other parts? Still got a connection to get any more?

Borla Exhaust-2/5, Doesn't fit very well, so there's a rubbing noise from the tie downs when I drive it hard.

Tinted Windows- 2/5, not dark enough becuase it was a gift, and they wouldn't go darker than legal.

Wheels-4/5, too small, but the chrome goes well with the black

The steering wheel isnt suppose to come down untill you put the key into the ingition. So of course its not gonna come down if you just start your car with remote start.

I realize that... but when you do go to insert the key in the car after it is already started the steering column feature is shut off. Therefore you have to manually lower it. All in all it is not a huge issue but just one of those funny things.

So the Borla didn't work out for you, eh? Damn, I was about to buy some Borlas, but they were too pricey. Sounds like homeboy didn't install them properly, though you might want to try adding some Borla resonators and larger pipes the next time around. I'm surprised your tint shop had an ethics code? Usually they will do whatever you want them to do to your car including up to a 5% limo tint on the front windshield. What size wheels do you have btw? Sounds like you need lowering springs to tuck them in more.

Default Mods and such

Yes,
Im gonna get some tint and either the torque converter or ecu upgrade soon... It's a must have. Im gonna upgrade my wheels from the ugly silver wagon wheels to the chrome ones similar to the 95 sc400s. As for radar detectors, you might want to know that the Valentine 1 can be programmed to remove certain bands such as X, which I think i'll be removing shortly. Advanced logic mode will pretty much eliminate most of the xband it detects to begin with.
