yes it is and no it oil cooled. I have mixed feelings about it because i stepped up to a .91 back housing from the precision .68 so i miss my blistering torque and spool but oddly the borg warner spools faster than my precision t70 but the torque isnt there
i must say this, the sound this turbo makes and the endless top end is not making me miss my precision much anymore. it sounds EXACTLY like the HKS t51r turbo, the sound is pure sex. But we'll see how it goes. I bought the borg warner for longevity, im not looking to be one of those guys that rebuilds his turbo constantly and buys an upgrade every year or two and borg warner seems to be the only company that can provide me that luxury.
And thanks to everyone else, its nice to see my work is well received.

lmao.. i be telling my self the same ***** but the feeling when boost kicks makes it all worth it
1st boost setup - waiting to get my car back on the rode before going with a bigger turbo my boy has the s366 polish that he might not use so you already know how this goes.
2nd motor- first motor caught blow by so current motor is on a tt head gasket and arp studs
3rd tranny- auto crapped out, bought the w58 and before install, got my self a soarer r154 and a stage 3 rps clutch and lightweight flywheel
