o2 Sensor Recommandation?

Been experiencing some sluggish performance and choppy starts and idle lately. I have overlooked changing my o2 sensors in my tune up and looking at service records it hasnt been changed for a while. How many do I need and What are some good brands that people have had luck with?

Denso... I believe there are 4 but I'm not sure.

Word....Better to buy the plug in ones? The same ones that I just splice in are about 4x cheaper

Yes there are 4. The 2 upstream sensors are the important ones. I just bought mine off rockauto.com. The 2 downstreams are for catalyst health indication and could wait if you need. For just performance issues I would just replace the upstreams.
