Default Help with my sc400

Just last night i was driving my car to my girlfriend house and notice that my belt was squeaking really loud and also it started smoking. When i pulled the car over i notice that it was alot of heat coming down below by the exhaust manifold only on the driver side. Can you all tell me what you think it is? Im leaning more toward gasket needs to be replaced.

Would that create that amount of heat that is coming off. My auto teacher thinks my heater pulley is seizing up because of where the smoke is coming from and also the squeaking

i thought it was just smoking from there(didnt read it properly.). If you cat is clogged then that would cause the heat, not sure it would make it smoke.

Sounds like 2 problems, 1 bad tensioner or pully 2 clogged cat as stated above.

YEp sounds like your AC clutch might be seized. How did you remedy or is it still parked.

maybe you should start the car in the day time check the engine bay out. That way you can see exactly where the smoke is coming from. Also turn the ac on and off to see if there is any change.
