I believe this is only for the 300 I remember seeing this on my old 300 2J , the 400 has a different intake and there is only 1 baffle.

Yep, we have only one baffle. I remember reading on another website, that someone did remove the baffle under the intake, just before the throttle body. They tried to regenerate a different idea and the design of the way the air entered the throttle body. They did dyno both before and after. Their design lost over 10 hp on the dyno with this mod. This is something close to what you have done. Keep in mind, every car is different and will react different.
