It was okay in practice as it posed 2 problems:

1. The SC's bumper scrapes at the front edge and velcro does not extend past the edge
2. The adhesive is super strong and tears off the paint when I repainted the bumper.

I will make a post of what I did that works 100000x better

So hows that metal scrape guard working out for you man? I would consider it, bu I'm worried about the bolts that keep it on (Looks like you scrape that more, shouldn't you get a flatter set of bolts?).

decent idea! however wont work for the application for the lip im looking at. to protect it im more then likely going to use sheet metal, and make skid plate. also more then likely going to use rivets, and bolts in the wheels wells.

i use this stuff to mount my gauges because i hate drilling into my oem panels dash etc
