When put in D it talkes long long to move off plus it move off really slow but when I start off in 1 then 2 and then D everything works fine what do I need to change in my Tranny

 

Worst case scenarion the clutches are burnt... Just source down a tranny at a local speed shop that sells swaps and you should be good. Also get a nice sized external oil cooler for your tranny and you should be good. those 1j trannies should run around $250 or less. Good luck.
