sc300 spoiler fitment?! pre 97 / 97+ ?!

Default sc300 spoiler fitment?! pre 97 / 97+ ?!

I have a 95 sc300, will a 97+ oem spoiler fit on my trunk or not? i am a bit confused because i have tried searching for this but no one seemed to post this yet. sorry for the noob question

Yes. All trunk lids from 92-00 are the same.

im quite sure it will fit-------i am not aware of any body style changes throughout the years of 92-00.

Any factory SC spoiler will fit on any factory SC trunk BUT they are not really interchangeable. The flush spoiler and later spoiler use different mounting holes. Much easier to go from later to early as the early one will cover the holes but no one usually does that.

i dont quite understand what you are saying,

are you saying 97+ spoiler will work better on a trunk than a 93 spoiler?

If you have a car with an older spoiler on it and put a 97+ spoiler on it you will have to deal with the holes for the old spoiler as the 97+ won't cover them. If you don't have a spoiler of any kind now you won't have this problem.

my trunk is wingless right now, i was looking to add one onto it. thanks for clearing this up thats what i was looking for
