Confusion

So I just rebuilt my engine ecu because it would sputter and die out, when the ecu was bad before the rebuilt I noticed that when I would stop to 0 it wouldn't go down smoothly it would kinna jump, and it still does after the rebuilt and even in reverse, any sensors or anybody with experience or knowledge of what the problem could be?

sounds like you need to just buy a complete replacement and save yourself the headache..
