Anyone ever had their oil changed at dealer? If so..

I don't usually get it done at lexus but I go to my local mercedes dealer... they do a great job, next time I will bring it to lexus. Just buy your own oil if you are brand specific, I use mobil 1 and they don't have it, so I just pop in to walmart before hand and get 5L worth. They charge me labour after, less than 20 bucks, and of course oil filter, 12 bucks (all Canadian $$$)

No, Im asking because the previous owner got the oil done there. I now want to switch to synthetic...but not sure if thats whats already in there.
Thats why I want to know what the standard procedure is for Lexus techs in terms of oil changes and what oil they use....

I haven't seen a Lexus dealer use synthetic, someone will chime in if they have. For the record, I wouldn't let my local dealer even clean the windshield. Regardless, you can switch to syn at any time, but if your mileage is any good amount over 100k, you may want to choose a blend, do a search if you need more info.
