I looked through your threads. Nice SC dude, you put in some work.
What kind of power are you putting down now? I see your R154.
Anyway after two broken clutches id say you gave ACT a fair chance. If I were you id send it in, see if they will fix it, and if so then sell it and try something else.
I did several months searching SF late nite reading up on clutches.
Lots of opinions and lots of options. Me personally..I wanted to stay single disk at around 500 WHP. So that narrowed it down a lot. I went with a southbend. I love it. Feels just a bit stiffer than stock. But smooth engagement and no chatter like most multidisk setups. I have not puch much wear on it. I live 6 blocks from work. But in all fairness it was new, installed, then ragged out on the dyno for several hours with no breakin time. Just put it in last month and so far all the comments from SF I had read on it are true. Silky smooth.
They have one for 5 speed for 400 Ft LBS tq

If you need to hold more power I think they can do custom stuff if you tell them your power requirements. Plus they were not expensive at all.
no I dont own stock in the company.
It just sux hearing about crap like this. Hope this helps dude.
