New sc guy here (but NOT new to cars OR garage repairs) and I'm having a small issue on start up. Fuel cuts right after start. I would guess and say its the fuel pump but it doesnt cut off AFTER a few hard revs. Just got the car a few days ago. I'm picking up a manual today. Just needing some quick opinions. Thanks

Awesome, well when the orginal owner said it stalls a bit on startup I suspected fuel issues. Had NO idea it has a fuel pump ecu. I think I saw a bypass writeup somewhere. Other than fuel are there any other issues with similar symptoms I should look for? Thanks btw

Pull codes. Seriously that must be the FIRST thing you do on your SC for most engine issues. http://www.lexls.com/tutorials/intro/codereading.html. I highly recommend to do no other diag procedures until you have done this. Even if you are not showing a CEL, your ECU has many codes that do not produce a CEL. Do this, then report back

Thanks again and will do. Unfortunately not one parts store (out of 4 around me), had a sc400 haynes manual. So i'm relying strictly on my online info (hopefully thats enough).
