I have recently acquired a case of BD (blinky dash). I've read that the fix is usually to clean the negative ground by the battery, is that really the answer ? The older threads I read never had anyone come back in and post that cleaning the ground fixed the issue. Just so that I'm sure what to do, is the ground in question the one closest the battery mounted on the fender well kind of under the power steering pump (sc300) ?

Sc dashboard is pretty large what exactly is blinking?

All of it. The entire cluster goes out, the HVAC quits whatever its doing, and the soundsystem does the same. It lasts less than a seconds before everything comes back on. Its worse at idle with the turn signal on. I searched through old threads and found a few that described my issue but there was never a clear resolution as to whether the main ground was the culprit on not.
