i need to get mine refitted in black leather and maybe add an extra layer of foam in there, but otherwise mine turned out ok. Gave me the headroom i was looking for which was the main reason why i did this swap on mine. It's funny seeing all the people hop into my drivers seat and ***** at how they can't reach the pedals and/or not see over the steering wheel...silly short people XD

FYI i would start searching for Supra belt buckles. I tried using Lexus ones in mine and the lap belt sat too high for me to fit properly. The Supra ones are shorter and fit me much better.

As for the bulb, if i remember correctly to wire in the seatbelt warning light you need to hook one wire up to the yellow wire and the other to a white wire w/ black stripe, or a black wire i don't remember which.

Those seats look good. You did a good job cleaning them up.

well i dont have much of a problem reaching the pedals or seeing, i can see fine with the steering wheel almost all the way down, and im only 5'7" i think overall drop was about 2" i think if your under 5' 4" then itll be a problem but you could always fab new brackets or something if youd really want them or use a booster seat?

I'm 6'2" and don't have a problem with the stock seats. I think the supra seats make the interior look more dated. Glad your happy though

Then you must sit all the way back looking gangster. That look is not for me. I am 6' 1" and I hit my head. LEt alone when you track your car you need a helmet too.

Not short at 6' and I love the fact that I don't have to crack my back like every time I get out of supra seats. Besides, after a long day of hard labor I want to be comtforable

In some ways i do wish i could fit better in my old seats as they were nice and comfy for the long hauls i made from upstate new york to NJ every once in a while. The problem i had was the seats sat so high i had to slide the sunroof cover open while driving and tilt my head to the side. Not fun

For my supra seats, they gave me about 3 inches of headroom (the 97.5-98 seats are different and sit a tad lower). Not only that they feel sportier and hug me better than the SC seats. Only downside is i had to rewire to get the seat belt bulb to work properly and i lost my seat heat function as well. Overall the Supra seats aren't as luxurious as the SC seats are, but they serve me well at keeping my head further away from the ceiling
