2jz-ge Na-t swap in sc400?

I think the a/c lines will be the trickiest part if you are keeping that make sure to grab all that stuff off the sc3.
obd2 vs obd1 is only a few wires different that run to the obd2 connector, which you can leave. all the ecu's have the same plug 1uz and 2jzge from 92 to pretty much 97 (2 years into obd2). the body plug might need some attention but it sounds like they match up and just have to do the little wiring talked about above.
for the tt ecu mod, that is purely on the engine harness side of things, if you have an obd1 2jzge harness, you can easily do the tt ecu mod. where it plugs into the car is the body plugs which is the only thing you will have to address.
also you said gs300 motor, so you will need a rear sump oil pan setup to fit in the sc300, and probably motor mounts brackets from a sc300.
also the fusebox plugs may need some alteration between the 2 chassis they might be a little different unless you are using a sc300 engine harness then it should be more plug and play.

yes I would think the sc3 harness would be much more plug and play than a gs300 harness. the gs body plugs won't match up but if you get a sc3 harness the body plugs and fusebox stuff will be more likely to match. as for the engine part they should use practically all the same sensors etc.. so just pull off the gs300 harness and put on the sc300 harness.
if you were swapping into some other chassis where the body plugs wouldn't matter that much then you could use the gs300 harness, the body plugs on a gs300 are basically like an aristo's so you can look that up to see how different the body plugs are (aristo has one big one, sc has several small ones like 2-3), but why make extra work when you can just sell the gs300 one and get a sc3 one.
