Any turbo timer works,
even if you have a remote start, new ones come with turbo timers built in so to speak. maybe not the easiest to work how you want but they keep the engine on for 30 secs to a minute after you turn it off usually by pulling the ebrake when they are set up to do so.

I got a greddy turbo timer in mine. I don't really use it anymore because my viper alarm has a built in timer that runs for 1min. I only really use the greddy as a volt meter.
