yes, i do have emissions to worry about. My smog test is good for 2 years i believe, by then ill have a test pipe fabbed up with a high flow cat. During that time i will have a full 3 inch straight pipe.
So far, yes. Ive been boosting it on the highway a good bit so ive been surely burning gas like crazy.
One odd thing i noticed is that the fpr adds fuel under boost. Ive had to use my safc to PULL fuel instead of add it.

Oh, so you have no clue where the smog numbers are, bummer.
I have the same power goals as you accomplished, but I have a 96 which is OBDII, we have the plugs in test and visual.
I guess I need to talk to an inspector to see just what I have to do to pass.

In colorado, they dont even do a plug in anymore. you can pass with a CEL now. My car is tuned great, runs like an NA car out of boost and hits no higher than 11.2 during boost. If i failed emissions id be surprised. When i have to test I will turn the boost WAY down and lean it up a bit just in case but Ive boosted cars before with no issue.

I think so. Ive hit the rev limiter a couple times, but wasnt really aware of the rpm. Itll get headwork when I take the head off. hopefully 272's. I love the way they sound at idle.
