i just went thru the whole thread. good work. least someone here puts up a friggin dyno video on here. u should get .63 or .69 hotside. u can just buy those for around 200. it will greatly help ur spool. probably by 1500 rpms. im guessing

Im fine with the turbo as is, since my next steps are r154 swap, headstuds, headgasket fuel and 272's...

They dyno is awesome, love having one at the shop.

The best part is, my car dyno'd at 150 hp at the wheels pre-turbo

Why would obd 2 hold you back from going na-t?

obdII= full learning ecu = pain the a$$ to hold a consistant tune ...been there done that .. imo the only way to safely boost a na is standalone period .. but im sure the OP already is aware of this

I rarely had any issue with my obd2 na-t but it was only 400whp so maybe that is a problem in the higher hp cars or something?

Very nice numbers. I'm constantly going back and forth over the NA-T route. It's always nice seeing topics like these

It seems to do fine on just an safc.

I cringe thinking about doing a gte swap, considering the relative ease of doing this. Parts of it were a pain but parts of it were cake. I am confident in my set up and now working on getting a manual tranny.

Nope that was 6 years ago before na-t was so common but I would not hesitate to do it again.
