Question EMERGENCY Radiator Help!?! sc400 Koyo Install

Hi! I am on Round 2 for my Radiator Install. First time, I had purchased a used radiator from Ebay (the only option) which happened to be a POS! (leaking and for a v6 sc300) So I returned it and got my 20$ back after paying 80$ for the thing. So I finally ordered the 190$ Koyo radiator for the SC400 1995.

The thing is: we had to add an extra hose and cap off some things and add a tranny cooler (which was Ford Racing) which is still in the car (and plan on using(?)[These mods were so I could use the V6 radiator temporarly because I needed immediate transportation]

and we took the radiator out around October and sent it back. The car has been parked unassembled all winter. The guys working on my car are a bunch of stoner hillbillies with a 6th grade education, but know more about cars than the person who invented them apparently. (It's frustrating when I can't physically do it & they talk to me like I'm the one who doesn't know how to do simple math and Give up two seconds after picking up the wrench.) So, why do I trust their unorthodox procedures?! (maybe because they're my friends? or maybe because i'm BROKE and they already started on it)

They are asking: Where does the lower hose on the bottom of the reservior go? Remember, I am giving VERBAL DIRECTIONS to ignorant friends with ADHD. I almost rather go to the effing Lexus Dealership and pay 95$ an hour just so I know I didn't turn the love of my life into the next Cash for Clunkers.

And before we put it away for the winter, they put straight coolant into the engine so it wouldn't freeze and crack the block. They are using the "multi-purpose" green 50/50" I bought 2 jugs. i am by no means a mechanic, but I am educated and get very pissed off when ignorant 30 year olds with a 6th grade ed. act like I dont know S@#$.

They are baffled about the oil-driven fan: What fluid do I use to fill that with? It's empty.

So.... Any links or diagrams? Pictures of your own installs? ? ? ?

I'm not even sure I understand what you are asking but if it I had to guess at the question, I'd answer it like this- The overflow tank for the cooling system connects to a nipple on the top of the radiator. The bottom line running off it is where I am lost. There is a line that comes off of it that just dumps to the ground, this is what i am assuming you are talking about.

Ok, well that tube has a bolt in it to keep it from emptying my overflow tank? Well, what we did instead was filled the radiator manually 50/50 and its running fine. Actually, it's running a little cooler than before.

So I'm wondering if its safe just to run it like it is? we let it run for over an hour idling and like I said, it runs cooler ( I think the coolant might be a little to strong because the leader of this project filled the engine with straight coolant to keep it from freezing)
