You should be at or above 500whp with that turbo on pump 93 with good tunning....the injectors will be your limiting factor.

I have been to the track a couple of times.
@9psi it went something like 15@98mph 2.4-60ft
@18psi it did 14.3@105 2.5-60ft
its pretty sluggish down low (hence the 2.5 60ft), but keep in mind i have a 3.76 rear end and a stock stall converter. Once it gets going though it takes off, i can hang with stock c6's on the top end.
The next mod im doing is taking the stall out and sending it to boostlogic for a re-stall. I believe the stall is going to be the same as the stock sc300 2jz na, which means theres no aftermarket option. Zohair@BL said they can get another 1000rpm out of the stock converter, which should help a lot. I might do cams while im waiting for the stall

also Dre is gonna tune my car
