Hello, there is a Roman Temple looking symbol that is in the top left corner of my dash and I was just wondering what it is for. It comes on at random times and nothing I press triggers it. If anyone knows what this is for could you please let me know because I am kind of curious.

Really, its the low coolant light. Check your coolant level and top it up.

It's a garbage can, it means clean out your center console. lol, but really, i think its the radiator.

 

Radiator indicator means low coolant

 

Your question has already been answered, but I thought you should know that you can get a free owner's manual from Lexus (since you apparently don't have one). It may be a stretch, but if you search here, you'll find the info on it.

 

The SC300 doesn't have that symbol...I've checked the dash, and I don't see the symbol.

 

Yeah mine was coming on and off at random times too. As many have said its the low coolant light. I topped her off and the light has not turned on in a few weeks now.

on a side note my father-n-law is a master mechanic for Toyota so naturally when I got the car I took it to him to check it out. I noticed on my way to him the light came on and trying to explain what the light looked like was priceless... didn't know how to describe it

Oh man, Names for that icon just keep getting better and better, First I've heard of it being called the "Circus Carnival Tent" and "The Bird Cage" and now "The Roman Temple"? LMFAO!
