Congrats, good deals are always around the corner.

32 on an 8.5" is not bad, a good starting point. I would highly suggest extended studs or bolt on spacers for thicknesses over 7 or 8mm.

In actuality, MDSC's are probably more in the mid to low teens.

for a 8.5 /32+ offset wheel to sit flush, you are going to need a 15-20mm spacer. I suggest the 20mm to be more aggressive. Make sure to roll the fender before install or you'll be rubbing.

mine is +15 on the front with a 15mm spacer so its actually +0. I just put a 5mm spacer on the back too, the rear is 19x9.5 +15 but now its +10. I actually lowered the car another inch dont have any new pics though yet.

Im about to put 215 45s on my 17 by 8.5 and 235 45 17 on the 9.5.

the stretch really depends on your offset and how much poke you have though.

Would I bother stretching a tire on a 8.5 on these cars, absolutely not.

Nankangs are terrible, just lost my 6-7th tire in about a year of very non agressive driving.

Ridiculous

Weird, I have them all around (because I dont give a ****) and they do just fine. Even with my excessive camber.

well i can find them in the states for much cheaper than in canada.

Here they retail for about $200 each for a 20 inch so they arent that cheap.

and it is wierd because ive asked around and no one seems to have had as bad of an experiance with them as i have.

They always blow or bubble with like 80% tread left or more so it is really frustrating.

Im wondering if perhaps my rims have something to do with it.

this is as far as last set lasted, and they're like $225 for 2 installed here ('merica)... so it doesnt bother me much.

No offense to anyone, but why even stretch your tires at all? Why buy a wide wheel if you're just gonna put a narrow tire on it anyway. Go wide or go home! Just my opinion.

I like the look but I dont think i'd run with it. Maybe if I can find some nice deep dish wheels to clear big brakes i'll give it some stretch.

its required for wheels with low offsets to get them on our cars, plus the whole flush fad

higher offsets you have that option,
