Alright I have a few questions real fast. I have a 94 SC300 with 18"
Aldstadt 1 wheels. rear wheels 18x10 +5, Front 18x8.5 +5. Wil the BBK from LS400 fit? Also I am going to be running 2001 GS300 2 pod rear calipers? I just wanna confirm they will fit right before I go to buy them today. Also can I just get the brackets from the cars the calipers came on or do I need to do something custom?

The LS4's will bolt right up, some have said their calipers needed slight grinding to clear suspension components, I did not have to. If you use the SC bolts, lower either have to grind them down about 3mm or use 3mm lock washers to clear the rotor. SC bolts are a bit longer than LS bolts.
I would highly suggest getting a set of TT rears as they bolt up in a similar fashion as the LS4's. Someone has done the GS conversion but said all the work that was involved was not worth it. I believe a bracket had to be machined. There's a thread somewhere about it around here.
As for fitment with the listed wheels. It's hard to tell since offset does not really help in clearing brakes, the spoke design does. Chances of someone with those identical specs is slim. Not sure if this helps or not but I measured a distance of 67mm from the back of the mid section of the wheel spoke to surface of rotor to clear the calipers of the LS4; give your self around 70mm and you should be fine.

you need at least 2.75 inches from mid spoke to rotor to clear OR Download the stoptech template and measure it to see if it clears.

For starters, Work Meister S1's and SSR Professor SP1's have considerable lip and still clear brake calipers due to their spoke design. Both of these wheels have a fairly aggressive curvature in their spoke design.
One wheel may not clear LS4 calipers but clear the Brembos, StopTechs, Rotoras, etc... Even though they are BBK, these manufacturers may have the caliper and rotor offset closer to the suspension components, making the rotor hat sit higher; therefore allowing a flatter spoke design to clear.
