OP, You are not going to be able to get much for the bumpers, as they are not very desirable. Your best bet would probably be to post them on a local for sale ad and maybe someone with a wrecked car and low budget needs them.
I'd say check out some lip kit's to see how you can alter the stockies to look good, it's been done and is surprisingly nice looking.
