My search turned up part# 11449z and 15013 both called landau black so I was just wondering if there was a revision to to paint or something along those lines before I made my purchase.

That's pretty interesting. As far as I know, there is only one Landau Black. Maybe it is a revision?

How durable is this stuff? After I had a "professional" do some interior paint work on my mom's old car, I am never going to think about it again. The stuff stuck to your hands and was so weak it wiped off with an interior cleaner that was made for car interior.

I did a couple of interior parts with SEM and I'd rather buy the OEM black pieces cuz if you hit it or scratch it with something, the paint will come off. so I'd say just save your money and buy the real black OEM stuff.

what pieces did you paint? if the pieces weren't leather than yes it will peel off, but I haven't had any problems on leather pieces

Im doing a mix of OEM and SEM

Door panels, Dash, Center counsel... basically anything that will regularly come in contact with your skin I am swapping out for OEM. Everything else will be dyed

I would say, seats, seatbelt and steering wheel should be OEM since you come in contact with them the most as jdmmuscle mention.

Landau black for parts that dont flex much and hard plactics since its the "color coat". Then for the panels use classic coat for leather and vinyl in GMC black!
