hi, i started this thread but last month i got my first car. Its a 1996 honda prelude SI, its not dohc vtec but just a dohc motor. I plan on turbo charging it. I couldnt find a manual 300, but i ended up getin this prelude for real cheap 3000$ with 107,000 miles.

decent price. good buy, I personally would've waited a few more months and pick up a 96 300 for 5 g's. You should go hit up the honda forums now. you'll be back here in a couple years though

maybe, my next car i would like it to be a sc300 5 speed*. I dont think i can find a manual 300, plus i live in minnesota and when i snows i wont be able to go anywhere with the rear wheel drive. My next car would be more likely be a 5th generation prelude.

That{s an urban legend. Unless something is really wrong with the car then it won't cost that much. I'm having trouble find a 95' SC300 with an auto for under 8g.

hey thuglife, im 17 now but when i was 16 i inherited my moms totally stock 95 sc4 , and i dont think she ever brought the RPMS over 3000 which made it just awesome. Anyway.. my first car was a POS station wagon for 400 dollars with 250,000 miles on it. To this day i drive both the lexus and the wagon about the same amount. The lexus isnt going to be like any of your friends hondas and ford focuses, its a nice cruiser but its def designed for the older type. I would say go with the lexus if you plan on cruising around the town with some chicks , but if you are into pimping rides out and what not...STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR!!

If i were you i would buy some plastic spinners at autozone and put them on a real cheezy car, i did that to my POS wagon and every light i stop at people just laugh and wave, its awesome.
