those wheels are warped pretty badly. they can probably be fixed, but you may still encounter wobbling and/or balancing issues afterwards.
if you bought them via paypal or with a credit card, i would file a dispute if they were not properly described.

You can fix them. If you lived in LA they could be fixed for cheap. I have had much worse. Good luck

I looked at the lips, but I didnt think to look if they were round or not. Yes, I feel like a tard, so enough of those comments hah. Just want to know what can be done to them.

ARMOS in the san fernando valley ca. They have fixed many of my drift wheels and by the looks of yours that is an easy fix. As long as the face is not damaged there is hope.
