Roll Cage- WHATS SHOULD I DO
Ok i just bought Bride Gias JDM seats. Im lookin into seat mounting brackets now but want to also get the inside done. Im looking for help with a roll cage. I want one up to spec for drag so I can get it on the tacks. I would like to know who makes pre fabed ones like(cusco, du-luck, ect.) It would make me happy if people who already have one would let me know what problems they went through getting one in. I would like to see some picts of where the dash is needed to be cut and welded and on the rear deck. I would like one so I can have the back seats in or out. I want the option. I also dont know what material to make them out of if I get a custom job done. Whats the lightest? If any ony could help I would like to get it done.

pre fabbed ones fit ****ty, and half the time they dont pass legit race tracks... you want a rear section and door bars you dont need a whole cage unless you go nuts or formula d then you need a HALO and pillar bars and x pattern on the back and strut brace..

Bigsticks, do you have any picts i can see. Weld pionts and cross brace, I want one I can get on a track and still drive it on the road. Do door braces are prob out. I need to know the regulations, anyone got a link? the motor im saving for is 1000hp on pump gas and is over $20,000 with the twin kit. Depending on how crazy i get with internals. I just want to do it right so when I do get the loan for the rest of the motor I want to get right on the track. The guy thats about to do my headers, x pipe, has a mandrel bender so ill ask him, thanks so far...
