Hello everyone...i just purchased 99 SC300 couple weeks ago and having Power Lock issues

-Hitting Lock switch on the Door Locks all the doors (If its unlocked)
-Hitting Unlock on the Door switch does nothing

Symptoms if the car is locked or atleast one door is locked:

-Hitting Lock on the key makes a beep lock sound but it doesn't toggle the actual lock.
-Hitting Unlock on the key does nothing or it makes any beep.

Symptoms if the car is already unlocked
-Hitting lock on the key does nothing nor it makes any beep sound
-Hitting Unlock on the key makes beep sound but doesn't actually toggle the lock/unlock

I've checked all the fuses and they seem fine & i have to either lock/Unlock car via physical key on the door (have to use physical key on each door to Lock/Unlock)
