Dont do it! These things are not a direct fit theres a few guys on CL who will attest to this. One direction you could go is this way courtesey of CL member 1992Lexus:

Hope this helps. Oh almost for got i sent the ebay guy many messages and he never replied I also called and he never answered which was another deciding factor for me. I dont know about you but good communication goes a long way with me. Just my 2penny's worth.

ahh figures! can ebay get anything right? i would have ended up going with mdf anyway..lol. in that thread socal linked someone mentions the speaker enclosure having an angle on it. not a flush mount. i think mine are like that too. i will have to take a better look next time the door is ripped apart. 0% progress on the car right now and gonna be a while before i can get to any projects. though mounting up some separate's in the doors sounds like a quick project compared to my sub install. lol

take you stock pods, go buy $7 worth of 1/4" MDF and make your own. If you know how to trace you can make an adapter very easily.

Those things sucked and didn't fit at all. They hit the door panel even after I cut some material off

I was hoping those ones would work. I guess I'll make my own then.

Also I just got off the phone with a friend who first told me about them and he said they went right in and lined up with no issues and fwiw he said he used MB quarts and he also said they take the place of the factory box so are you guys with fitment issues trying to reuse the box? Just trying to figure this all out.

I bought the adapters and gave them to the shop that did my stereo build. They didn't use them because like everyone says, they bolt up fine but stick out to far. The shop just fabbed this housing up.
