Arrow Door hinge help

Hey gents,

I want to take care of the slop in my door hinge. Does anyone know where to get bushings or how to rebuild them? I remember months back a thread with a guy made some, but I could not find it. I would also be open to other ideas to fix it as well.

Thanks

+1 on this. It's bad enough these doors weigh more than a refrigerator. That slight sag makes them even tougher to close on the first try.

I re adjusted both my doors by loosening the bolts (on the body) and having someone lift up on the door while I re tightened took a few tries on each door but they have held up with my quick fix for the last 5mo

That just makes it worse over time. I want to fix it for good.

I just had a rebuilt door hinge sent over for my driver's door. Do a search for Daryl Demarte, he's in Australia. Not cheap though, it was $330 shipped. Worth it to me.

I found the hinge rebuild article on PlanetSoarer http://planetsoarer.com/hinges/index.htm so you can see what is involved.

Adding to that, I thought I'd mention that he also asked me for my car paint code, so the hinge was already painted to match when it arrived. Installation instructions come included.

I have a set of door hinges in good condition, no sag or noise. One is black and the other is white. I will take $175 shipped for both, PM me if you want them.
