Default Rack and Pinion acuactor valve plug?

im bought a 5 speed motors and w58 swap for my auto lexus and i installed everything but i notcied on my harness this plug was missing i have the plug from the auto harness and was wondering where do i connect it too?

i attached a pic to show u the plug that is missing

if memory serves me.... no plug attaches to that as mine has not had anything installed for years.. unless I have been running mine without a plug not knowing. lol
