U sure you font have a vacume leak somewhere ?

man i have checked all the hoses i can see, and i dont see anything cracked or unplugged.

Sounds like a vacuum leak to me too.

One thing to add is that if you get a nasty fuel smell, you might want to retain your charcoal can. If you do retain it make sure you use the small black/blue check valve in the proper orientation.

I have the same problem if not worse. After the egr delete my car starts really rough and shuts off quickly. I tried giving it a little gas but just revs erratically and bogs out and can really smell the fuel. Im going to go over the diagram a few more times today and hopefully find that i have a hose hooked up wrong , backwards, or not hooked up at all.
