I do prefer Nissan OEM over most wheels knock offs like yours. A whole Japanese company have much higher standards than an unknown brand and will not risk their reputation installing wheels that may go wrong in their cars.
Sorry but I do love my car and I need it to perform well in all circunstances, not only in car shows.

ive got those same 18x8 and 18x8.5 350z 5 spoke (anniversary rims?) on my sc300. my car is pretty low on tein coilovers with 225/45/18 and 245/45/18 and no rub at all. I had a fender roller ready and I put em on last week to see how much it would rub. never rubbed once all week.
I was VERY hesitant to buy nissan rims as I want to keep it in the family so to speak, but lexus doesnt have any staggered aggressive fitting OEM wheels within my budget. The isx50 rims just dont look too amazing to me on an sc so I got the 5 spokers for $450 with bridgestone potenzas.
I think its mandatory to run staggered on an sc but thats just me. First thing I did was take off the nissan center caps tho....

I am running those same wheels (350z Ray's Track/Staggered) on my SC. LOVE the wheels, super light/strong and good looking! I just "shaved" the center cap "Nissan" logo, filled the logo holes with epoxy and repainted them. Tires are General Exclaim UHP's( great tire and price!),Fronts 225/45/ZR18, Rears 245/45/ZR18. I am currently running SC300 STOCK springs and shocks. I feel the ride height is a bit high. Is anyone running lowering springs with this wheel/tire combo? If so, what springs/shocks are you running and are you getting any rubbing issues? Did you do and rolling of the fenders? Any info here would be mucho appreciated....

Or a Chevy or Ford engine in my Toyota.
I hate purists. Its a car. If theres a better option over what you have, its a viable option.
OP, If you are going to lower your car in the near future, 245/40. if you plan on leaving it at stock height or close to it, 45 series will fill in the wheel wells better.
