Default so I went drag racing.

Went drag racing at Brainerd International Raceway today.

I hit 13.2 @111mph with a 60' time of 2.4

Im running 22 psi and make 471rwhp and 425tq on my 1jz single turbo with no LSD.
I ran that time on 255 street tires on my 19's.

Im wondering if this is about the right time or should I be faster?

With that type of power and and some good tires you should crush that time. Your 60ft time says you spun pretty hard.

i think if you were to have slicks, lsd and a good 60', you should be hitting high 11's to very low 12's w/ that much power.

Your mph says with a good 60 ft then mid 12's is about where you should be.

Proper setup, high 11's - decent drag tires, mid 12's

11'S is honestly out of the question unless everything is perfect and by that you need at least a mid 1.4 60ft which you need slicks and a more aggressive rear end gear ratio as thesee cars are lazy out of the hole so to re cap you would need slicks, better gearing, lsd or welded diff and maybe n20 but I could see high 1.6 60fts on just slicks and a good launch that dead hooks.

Are you auto or 5spd?

I'd say the trap speed is low for that kind of HP. It's the indicator of power; ET shows how well you put it down. You should be at least 6-7 mph faster on the top end.

Also keep in mind that when you increase traction, the next weakest link in the chain is what breaks next.

theres a couple of c12a turbo soarers that run 11.9's @ 118-120mph, surely you should better that time?

Not true. That may be in your experience.

But a 1.4 60ft suggests you are coming out of the hole like a Nine second Starlet from PR.

111mph trap speed says you got 11's in you. Just get both rears to turn and stick you are there.

What single turbo do you have?
