I'd say "street" trim is relative.
A friend of mine is making right at 650 @ 5252. As you may know, horsepower and torque is identical at this magical number.

The vids are impressive and obviously the valve works! Looks like i need another $500 to get this baby into my turbo system. I want power as low as I can get it, but i also want some top end power. Im sticking to getting a garrett GT3582 and using this valve.

I would say the only cons would be its kind of expensive.

I dont even believe price is a con. I hate to say it but a lot of lexus owners put $2500-8000 wheels on their cars, when the car is 15 years old! I would rather have a nice power band over exotic wheels any day. lets face it, our cars are old and out dated, but we still love them.

you go ahead and do the math of buying 2 of everything vs. the math of 1 spool valve..
I just suggested as an option. I would not do it in any street car, maybe drag car with a huge turbo, but plenty of people still do it on DD's.

You can twin charge with turbos as well, use the smaller turbo to aid the large turbo.

I thought it had a different name, no wonder I couldn't find that kit, thanks!
